PDF: Thirty Days of Authentic Connection with Self and Others
It is well understood that one of the primary and most robust predictors for longevity is social connection; individuals who have a strong social network filled with healthy, positive, and fulfilling relationships have a fifty-percent increase in odds of long-term survival.
So if you’re feeling an ache or longing to find your lifelong friend group, to deepen your relationships, and to consistently surround yourself with people whom you truly know and are fully known by, you’re doing it right. And you are not alone.
In Thirty Days of Cultivating Authentic Connection with Self and Others, you will be guided on a journey to develop and nurture genuine connection - both with the deepest, most real parts of yourself and with the most important people in your life. True connection with ourselves bolsters self-awareness, compassion, clarity, inner peace, and trust in our intuition. Authentic connection with another human being offers a bridge between two hearts, removes masks, dares to be vulnerable, asks for help, says the hard things, and is curious and kind about another’s human experience.
This journal is perfect for you if you feel an ache to find your lifelong friend group, deepen your relationships, better understand your most authentic self, and consistently surround yourself with people who bring meaning and vitality to your life.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PONDER QUESTIONS SUCH AS:
Day Two: Write about the types of people who make you feel warm, safe, energized, and willing to be vulnerable. Expand on the specifics about their energy, demeanor, or conversation skills that you connect with.
Day Eight: Write about times in your life when you felt disconnected from the truest version of yourself. Reflect on what may have led to that disconnection, any consequences you endured, and what you have learned from that experience.
Day Twenty-One: Write about the character traits others have that you consider to be the most difficult being around or working with. What do you feel inside your body and what thoughts do you have when you are engaging with these behaviors or traits?
Day Twenty-Five: Write about your relationship with stillness, solitude, and simply being with yourself.
